Hypoid QOS

Hypoid-QOS is the next step in manufacturing quality assurance for bevel gearing. This unique cloud-based digital offering uses standard topological inspection data in conjunction with a pre-established digital twin contact model applying pre-set mesh misalignment and driveline torques. The resulting contact patterns, contact stress and transmission error for each unique load case allows the gear quality department to track quality based on real world conditions tied to passenger compartment targets, not just limited to metrology metrics. This is perfect for gear lines without end-of-line test rigs, or for an extra level of assurance that the bevel gears will perform as intended in the field. Also useful for tracking performance of gear supplier quality, taking advantage of the accessibility offered by this advanced cloud-based service.

Watchdog - BEV

As Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) begin rolling out in various commercial and governmental fleets in an effort to reduce a company's carbon footprint, many unknowns exist for the reliability and availability of the newly designed electric propulsion systems.  From gears and bearings operating in low viscosity gearbox oil environments, to lithium-ion batteries operating at high loads in exceedingly cold operating environments, fleet managers need critical vehicle operating field information to not only predict short term fleet performance, but also to anticipate mid/long term maintenance needs.  ADET is working with key technology partners to bring a life extension platform to market, focused on BEV-based electric propulsion systems.  Reach out to us for more information about how your fleet could benefit from this state of the art technology using digital twin models of the BMS and gearbox alongside Smart Sensor feedback.
